The 4th annual Beef and Wine Gala is an AG event celebrating the Agri-businesss activities of the Yankton Chamber. This year's gala was Tuesday, June 23rd at the RiverFront Events Center.
The Speaker was Trent Loos from "Loos Tales" with Jim Wooster as the Master of Ceremonies. Hy-Vee prepared the steak dinner and three wineries were present - Valiant Vineyards, Vermillion, Nissen Wines, Hartington NE, and Wilde Prairie Winery, Brandon,SD.
The local 4-H groups made all the centerpieces for the tables, Mountain Man Nut and Fruit Company baskets and a Jolene Steffen print were auctioned off!
Our Farm Family of the year was the Dale Bye Family and Carla Pick was the P.A.Y. Schlorship recepiant!
