SUMMARY:Party in the Park
DESCRIPTION:On Tuesday\, May 27th from 5 PM – 7:30 PM\, go to Riverside Park for a family-friendly night of fun where there is something for everyone! Participate in three different community art projects with splashes\, splatters\, and squishes of color. Yankton Area Arts will be stationed in the picnic shelters for their traditional Kids Art Fest event. Kids can wonder from station to station and explore different art projects hosted by local organizations. Then add some color to your cheeks by testing your skills with a quick run through the inflatable obstacle course\, or take a different approach and color your cheeks with a visit to our fabulous face painter! The Art Bus will be stationed at the park for kids to flex their creative muscles. Color your palate with tasty treats from any of the food vendors. There will also be the first Yankton Area Summer Band concert at the amphitheater at 8 PM.
