Leaving a Legacy will be held on Monday, October 19th at 7 PM at United Way of Yankton located at 920 Broadway Ave, Suite 1. This event is a free educational session covering power of attorney, wills and incapacity documents, probate, and qualified charitable distributions. Each participant will leave with documents and tools for estate planning.
